Prior to starting his career in the insurance industry Charlie served in the US Army, Europe, in
the Military Police. After leaving the US Army, he served as a law enforcement officer & attended
college. He is also a NC licensed Real Estate Broker, BIC.
Charlie has been in the insurance business
since 1973. He has received numerous accolades for high production & other achievements
during this time.
He is an active member of Yates Thagard Baptist Church.
In his spare time Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, Cynthia, as well as their 6 children
& 7 grandchildren. Charlie is a sports enthusiast & enjoys hunting, fishing & boating.
His favorite pastime is working in his garden.

 Cynthia Cooper, Charlie's wife, serves as the Accountant/Bookkeeper
& assists with Administrative Support for the agency.
She also works in the Nursing Department at an institute
of higher learning. Cynthia was named Richmond County Secretary of the Year in 1989.
Cynthia
enjoys travelling, spectator sports, cooking, dining out, shopping & attends Yates Thagard Baptist Church. She is

 Phillip R. "Phil" Paschal,
Sr. serves as the Regional Manager of NC, SC & VA. He has been with our company for 6
years. He has been instrumental in our success & is a key player on our management team.
Before
starting his career in the insurance industry in 1985 he was a Detective Sergeant for a major NC Police force with a
stellar career. Prior to his law enforcement career Phil served in Vietnam from which he received
a Purple Heart & was cited for Bravery.
His accomplishements & awards during his 20+ years
in the insurance industry are too many to mention here. To list a few, he served as Group Payroll
Deduction Specialist, was then promoted to State Manager of NC & SC. Phil has also acheived the Million
Dollar Round Table Final Expense & Burial Insurance, all before becoming an independent agent affiliated with our agency.
His office is located in Charlotte, NC.
Phil is an active member of The Church of God in Charlotte, NC.
Phil enjoys golf, hunting, fishing & all spectator sports. His favorite
hobby is cooking the pig & he is the Head Chef of the Deep River Barbecue Team of Haw Branch, which placed 3rd in
the 2004 Carthage Buggy Festival Barbecue Cookoff, themed, "The Eloquence Of The Pig." Phil & his wife Marti have 4 children & 6 grandchildren.
In their spare time they enjoy travelling and
spending time with their children & grandchildren.

 Jerry C. "Chap" Wallace, II serves as a Field Manager & Trainer for
Cooper Insurance. Chap is a 2004 graduate of UNC Wilmington.
Chap worked as a regional executive for
the Boy Scouts of America before coming to work for Cooper Insurance. He was named 2007 Rookie Manager of the Year.
Chap's office is located in Wilmington.
He is a member of Yates Thagard Baptist Church & attends Northside
Baptist Church in Wilmington, NC.
Chap is a sports enthusiast including but not limited to golf, football,
baseball, basketball & all water sports. Note: Chap is an AVID Duke basketball fan.
In his spare time Chap enjoys spending time at the beach & listening to live classical music.

 Amy Wallace serves as the Office Manager/Trainer for Cooper Insurance. She is a 1998 graduate of Sandhills
Community College.
She has been in the insurance business since 2006. She worked in customer service &
hospitality management for 10 years prior to coming to work for Cooper Insurance.
Amy qualified for the President's
Club in her first year with 158 policies & has attended Administrative Manager's Training. She also is a NC licensed
Property & Liability Agent for our agency.
Amy enjoys travelling, blogging, creative writing,
tennis, volleyball, baseball, UNC Tarheels basketball & aspires to learn to play golf. She also enjoys taking
long walks & hikes with her Border Collie Pound Puppy, Thia.

 Steve
Wallace serves as our Mail Clerk & Custodial Engineer. He has been active in our agency since
1998.
Steve volunteers in the senior health care industry. He is also an active member of
Yates Thagard Baptist Church.
His interests include Dallas Cowboys football & Major League
Baseball. He also enjoys riding horses & caring for & working with dogs. His favorite breeds are
German Shepherd & Cockapoo.
